Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Sao Viet Printing Joint Stock Company ("Sao Viet", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit insaoviet.com or contact us through it. It follows Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection and, for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we collect
- Quote request form: your name, publisher or company, email address, country, and the job specification you enter (product, quantity, trim size, extent, colours, paper, finishing, delivery port, deadline).
- Direct contact: what you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp or Zalo, such as your name, number, email address and the content of the conversation.
- Minimal technical data: our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) may log your IP address, browser type and time of visit to run and secure the service.
The website uses no tracking cookies, analytics or advertising tools, and collects no payment details. Fonts are served from our own website, not from a third-party server.
3. Why we use it
- To answer quote requests, give technical advice and plan production.
- To communicate about orders, contracts and shipping.
- To meet legal obligations, such as accounting and tax records.
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not send you marketing without your consent.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent when you choose to send it, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform that contract, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website.
5. Service providers
- GitHub, Inc. (United States): website hosting.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): forwards quote form submissions to our mailbox.
- Google (Gmail): our email service.
- WhatsApp (Meta) and Zalo (VNG): only if you choose to message us there, under each app's own privacy policy.
Some of these providers process data outside Vietnam and outside your country, including in the United States. We use established providers with security commitments and share only what is needed. We disclose data to public authorities only where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 3 years after our last contact. Data linked to contracts and invoices is kept for the period required by accounting and tax law. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy of your data. Write to insaoviet2006@gmail.com and we will reply within the legal time limit (normally within 30 days). You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
8. Security
The website is served over encrypted HTTPS. Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it, and we protect the accounts that manage the website. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as payment card numbers through the form.
9. Children
This website is intended for business customers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
